Welcome to the
The stage is set.
The women are ready, and
Texas is about to shine.

A historic night of empowerment as we celebrate the inaugural Ms. Corporate America Texas on April 17, 2026, in the heart of Dallas. This evening is more than a competition; it is an elevated stage where professional excellence and authentic leadership take center stage. Guests will experience a vibrant atmosphere of networking and inspiration, punctuated by official Mayoral Proclamations from across the region, honoring the vital contributions of professional women to our great state.
We are privileged to be joined by a lineup of notable speakers and industry trailblazers dedicated to the advancement of women in business. Highlighting our evening is a special appearance by acclaimed actress and advocate Candace Carey. With a career spanning decades—from her debut in Band of the Hand to her memorable role in the classic film Drumline—Candace brings a wealth of industry insight and a heart for mentorship.
Having recently served as a celebrity judge for the MCA Nationals, Candace’s voice resonates deeply within our mission of leadership. Her "She’s Worthy Legacy," which earned her a prestigious commendation from the San Diego County Board of Supervisors for her work in community outreach and arts, serves as a powerful testament to the impact one woman can make. Join us for this transformative event as we celebrate resilience, honor our collective legacy, and crown the next generation of Texas leaders.

Mistress of the Ceremony
Ms. Nikki Woods is a national on-air personality and former executive producer from The Tom Joyner Morning Show, where she helped shape a nationally syndicated platform integrating media and philanthropy in support of Black culture, health, and education.
She is the founder of The Reinvention Method, a leadership framework for high-achieving Black women navigating career pivots, heightened visibility, and expanding responsibility—without burning themselves down to prove they deserve the room—and the creator of Nervous System Capitalism™, her original body of work naming how professional systems extract emotional and physiological labor from high performers, particularly Black women, while rejecting success models built on overextension, emotional labor, and self-erasure in favor of capacity, clarity, and agency as real leadership strengths.
She is also the founder of Maroon House Press, an independent publishing imprint dedicated to bold fiction and cultural work rooted in Caribbean and diaspora memory. That ethos carries into her forthcoming book, The Strong One, which speaks directly to high-achieving Black women confronting the personal cost of being the one who carries everything.
